Pretrial Detention

Within this section, we have provided an opinion on why the coercive use of pretrial detention against Miklós Hagyó was excessive and unnecessary. Also we have included a section for primary documents related to the pretrial detention. Finally, we have included the opinion of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on Hagyó’s pretrial jail sentence.
