The above numbered request in relation I inform you about the following:
Miklós Hagyó registration No.: ET 71-37 detainee on the 17th of September 2010 has been transported from the Metropolitan Penal-Enforcement Institution, after which he was placed at medical ward No. three hospital room based on health aspects. He's been dispatched on the 8th of October 2010.
- The request included 59-34-H-47/2010. numbered application II. V. sent by fax to our institution to which on the 6th of October 2010 we sent a response letter to the concerned parties by fax.
The contact statement has been submitted by the authorized lawyer on the 28th of September
2010, which the Criminal Records Division on the 28th of September 2010 forwarded by fax to the
prosecutor.
From the authorization which has been submitted on the 6th of September 2010 and been
countersigned on the 10th of August 2012, meaningful information is not available. At this time the
inmate abstained at the Metropolitan Penal-Enforcement Institution .
- On the 28th of September 2010 authorized lawyer made a request to our institution, in connection with the recording of the phone numbers of the authorized lawyers to the Inmates subsystem. These applications were also handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department.
- Authorized attorneys of named detained were received on the following dates:
- on the 17th of September 2010. authorized attorney;
- on the 20th of September 2010. authorized attorney;
- ont he 27th of September 2010. authorized attorney;
- ont he 28th of September 2010. authorized attorney;
- ont he 30th of September 2010. authorized attorney;
- ont he 5th of October 2010. authorized attorney;
- ont he 7th of October 2010. authorized attorney;

II.V. in our institution met detainee four times:
- on the 17th of September 2010., under license No 40-30/814/9/2010. issued by the Metropolitan Penal-Enforcement Institution her admittance was as legitimate representative.
- on the 21th of September 2010 based on the permission of the Chief Medical Director, her admittance was as legitimate representative
- on the 24th of September 2010., on the basis of the visiting permit issued by the Metropolitan Penal-Enforcement Institution, has entered as the unmarried partner.
- on the 7th of October 2010 basis on the permission of the Chief Medical Director - which we have sent before the enforcement to the prosecutor (she), to which on Inv. No. 477/2010. on the 5th of October 2010 prosecutor's resolution arrived - visited the concerned detainee.
Concerning the Institution's speakers checking took place in all cases. Documenting - regarding to lawyers speakers - based on instructions, does not apply to date or person.
Enclosed herewith documents in this matter, during the stay of detainee in our institution.
